World-Class Operations

SL POWER ELECTRONICS™ has two manufacturing facilities --- one in  Mexicali, Mexico  and the second in Xianghe, China, a county southeast of Beijing.

Mexicali Manufacturing Facility

SL POWER ELECTRONICS™’s Mexicali operations began as the primary location for the production of the CONDOR™ line.  Over the past year, this facility has been committed to the development of a lean enterprise environment with the goal to be a world-class manufacturing site.  The facility includes:

  • Approximately 79,000 square feet
  • Five main production cells
  • High mix; low-to-mid-volume business
  • Includes both CONDOR™ and AULT® product manufacturing, testing and quality control

The Mexicali facility’s primary focus is the manufacturing of high-end internal power supplies for low-to-mid volume customers around the world. The Mexicali team is committed to its mission to transform the venue into a lean manufacturing enterprise with best practices and Six Sigma processes.The wave solder machine brings speed, efficiency and enhanced safety to a process essential to the manufacture of SL POWER ELECTRONICS™’s product lines.

China Manufacturing Facility

SL POWER ELECTRONICS™ has had its own manufacturing in China since 1997 when it was originally established under the AULT® brand name.  Since its beginnings, it has evolved into a world-class facility:

  • 300,000 square feet (total plant area)
  • Six main production lines
  • ISO 9000 certification
  • Includes manufacturing, engineering, sales support and management personnel 
  • Supports the manufacturing of high volume orders - both CONDOR™ and AULT® brand products

SL POWER ELECTRONICS™’s high volume, world-class manufacturing facility is located southeast of Beijing, China in the province of Hebei.Delivering high quality power solutions requires excellence in design engineering and the manufacturing procedures in-place to deliver high performance products.SL POWER ELECTRONICS™’s Xianghe plant has the manufacturing expertise as well as the dedication to detail required to meet even the most stringent OEM requirements for ITE and medical applications.
