DIRECTOR/SR DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Ventura, California – USA
Set and drive the development strategy required to serve SLPE target markets and strategic plans. Close communication with the Product Management and Sales organizations to utilize new technology and develop product platforms.
Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes that meet our product specifications, quality, and safety standards. Develop new methods and de-emphasize the daily improvement portion.
Drive sales growth within manufacturer and distribution sales channels by developing new customer relationships, managing channel activity, promoting product applications and design development within designated markets.
Support the technical needs of customers and assisting with growth opportunities by collaboratively working with the sales organization in North American and to some extent globally to win new business.
